Dorn Calls for Changes in Math, Science
Dorn will ask the 2010 Legislature to make changes to current math and science graduation requirements. Among those recommended changes: Replace the current high school science assessment with end-of-course
assessments in life sciences and physical sciences, and postpone the current graduation requirement until the class of 2017.

On Nov. 16, OSPI hosted a statewide K-12 videoconference to update educators on the latest news and policies regarding H1N1. The videoconference is now available for viewing, as are handouts from the presentation.
