Chewelah Peak Learning Center
Construction Updates
About the Facility
The 2007 Legislature allocated $1 million
toward the $1.45 million needed for construction of
a second dorm at Chewelah Peak Learning Center. The new dorm
will add 50 to 75 beds and will allow Chewelah Peak to better
meet the capacity required for the majority of schools interested
in using the Learning Center.
Construction began in July of 2007; the new dorm should
be ready for use in spring of 2008.

facilities, visit the Chewelah
