Meeting Spaces and Training Locations
Enjoy the many meeting spaces and training locations at Chewelah Peak Learning Center.  There is always plenty to do and places to hold most types of activities.

Dormitories
Dorm A sleeps 106 guests; 66 on the lower level and 40 on the upper level.  Dorm B sleeps 88 guests, all on one level.  All three areas can be separated into male and female accommodations.  Two large gathering areas/classrooms are located upstairs in Dorm A; two small meeting areas/classrooms are located in Dorm B.

Learning Studio - Meeting Rooms
Four classrooms, the central gathering area, and a reference Library are all excellent meeting locations in the Learning Studio.  Two additional breakout rooms are available for small group studies in the upper level of Dorm A, and two small rooms are available in Dorm B for meetings/classrooms.  Seating capacity ranges from 10-45 people (depends on room selected and furniture configuration.)  There are numerous locations for outside classrooms and gatherings.

Campfire Areas
Three indoor gas fireplaces and several outdoor campfire bowls (campfires may be restricted if burning bans are implemented; check with the staff when you check in.)  Fires must be small; firewood and fire starter kits are provided at no charge.

Pavilion/Field/Recreation Areas
One large grassy field (size is approximately 1/2 football or soccer field) is available for outdoor activities.  Construction will begin in summer of 2008 on an outdoor Pavilion with a fire circle, a half-court concrete basketball area, and a sand volleyball court.  These will be located next to the field for group use.

Audio-Visual Equipment
Available equipment includes: Sound system with microphone and CD player; LCD Projector; VCR/DVD/TV; overhead projectors; screens; slide projectors and tape recorders.

Infirmary
One nurse's room is located upstairs in Dorm A. Each group provides their own nurse, medical supplies, and medical care.  The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, a locking cabinet for medicines, and a bed.  A washer and dryer are available to visiting nurses.
