Keynote Presentations

Image  Presenter: David Bianchini, 2008 AP of the Year, Granite Falls Middle, Granite Falls SD

The door to meaningful school change lies within the culture of the school itself. To open that door, you need the key: the ability to build and foster relationships. Building administrators must “know their stuff,” but to succeed, they also must recognize and respect the importance of relationships. If staff, students and parents do not know they are cared for, and if the administrators themselves do not care for one another, the outcomes of powerful learning, responsible conduct and mature behavior will remain an unattainable goal. Unlock the power of relationships!
