Extraordinary Leaders Institute
Olympia — AWSP Office
1021 8th Ave. SE
Olympia, WA 98501
360.357.7951
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., both days.
Based on the best-selling book, The Extraordinary Leader,
by Drs. Jack Zenger and Joe Folkman, the Extraordinary Leaders Institute
utilizes a revolutionary 360-degree feedback tool to
provide participants with real data, both quantitative and qualitative,
about their current leadership competency levels from those who know the
leaders best—the people that work directly for and with them.
Over the course of this two-day institute, participants will engage
in a new approach to leadership development based on the belief that
good leaders can become extraordinary by building on existing strengths
and identifying potential areas of improvement.
ATTENTION: Registration closes four
weeks before the workshop so the 360-degree survey can be
