Astronomy - Reading the Night Sky!

 Image Class Overview

This beginning astronomy class will introduce you to the major points of interest in the night sky.  The session combines classroom activities and outdoor sky gazing.  Take a brief look at star navigation history, discover how to recognize the stars and planets, learn how to use a large telescope, and participate in a hands-on, night-sky-viewing-session once the sun goes down.  You will receive a star-book and star chart, a hearty dinner, and a warm cup of cocoa before you go home.  Great family fun!
