Joni Hall, Principal at Todd Beamer High School, explains their 4x8 block schedule. Todd Beamer has used this innovative schedule since its inception and now all the high schools in the Federal Way Public Schools have switched to the 4x8 block schedule. Joni talks about the many benefits their schedule provides, as well as some of the drawbacks and things to take note of as schools transition.
