Job Search

AWSP Career Center graphic

Goodbye Job Jar, hello Career Center. For decades, the AWSP Job Jar has been the go-to resource for school administrator jobs in Washington. We've finally retired the old "job jar." In its place, you'll find a much more powerful and fully featured AWSP Career Center. With new features for job posters and job seekers, there's something new and improved for everyone.

AWSP Career Center Benefits

Benefits for Job Seekers

  • more search options
  • save  searches and get alerts
  • upload your resume
  • personalized job matching
  • clean, responsive design
  • more job search and resume resources

Benefits for Job Posters

  • create job posting templates
  • for districts who pay membership dues, basic job posts are free
  • options to highlight your positions, buy banner ads, and be included in a job flash email
  • access to resume banks
  • create your company profile to see all open jobs in your district

Accessing the AWSP Career Center

To save a job or a job search, or to post a job, you'll need to create a YM Careers account. In the coming weeks, you'll use your MyAWSP account to log in to the Career Center (a MyAWSP account is free to create and you don't need to be an AWSP member). The good news is when we make the switch to the MyAWSP account, you should be able to access everything you did with your YM Careers account, as long as your email, first, and last name match.
